Second Voice: (Pause) So it is, sir.
First Voice: It’s a Tote umbrella.
Second Voice: Sir?
First Voice: Well, look at it, man.
Second Voice: (Stupidly) Sir?
First Voice: A Tote umbrella has a lifetime guarantee.
Second Voice: Sir?
First Voice: (Spelling it out) A-Tote-umbrella-is-gua-ran-teed-for-the-life-time-of-the-o-ri-gin-al-own-er. Do-you-com-pre-hend?
Second Voice: Yes sir. Are you sure, sir?
First Voice: Quite sure.
Second Voice: One moment, sir.
SFX: (Fumbling under the counter) SFX (single gunshot).
First Voice: Aaaghh!
SFX: (Body falling).
SFX: (Bell).
Second Voice: Next please.
