* Ptolemy I Soter was King of Macedonia from 305/304 to January 282BC. It is unclear if he actually married Thaï, who was his mistress. I have not included the dates of his marriages because they are uncertain. Berenice was a widow and mother of three when she married Ptolemy I. She bore him three children including Ptolemy II, known as Ptolemy II Philadelphus.
