The 4 Holy Lands

 

1. Elis
2. Hejaz
3. India
4. Palestine

*The above list is kind of arbitrary, doubtless American Indians and others had their own holy lands, but Elis was a city state of Ancient Greece. Hejaz was a Kingdom in now Saudi Arabia, and is the Holy Land of Islam. It is also spelt Hedjaz and Hijaz.

India is the Holy Land of Buddhism while Palestine is the Holy Land of Jews, Christians, and the Bahá’í Faith (which was founded only in the 19^th Century).
