The 7 Deadly Sins

2. Greed
3. Lust
4. Envy
5. Gluttony
6. Wrath
7. Sloth

* The 7 Deadly Sins are a staple of Roman Catholic theology and are probably viewed as such by most religions. Also known as the 7 Capital Sins, they are said to be the vices that lead to other sins and immoral behaviour. They are also known by other names: pride as vainglory; greed as covetousness; lust as illicit sexual desire; wrath as anger, and so on. Gluttony includes drunkenness.
