On the afternoon of April 4 there will be a meeting in Central London to discuss this difficult but necessary subject. Registration is free.
The title of this conference/event is Central Banking for Citizens and Businesses: A modest proposal for radical reform. Details can currently be found at this link. It is being organised by Nesta, which was incorporated as a charity only in November 2011.
The Australian economist Nicholas Gruen will be speaking. Gruen is the founder of Kaggle and a proponent of lateral thinking, so should be bringing something innovative to the discussion.
