Scene: A sidestreet. It is growing dark. A youth or boy dressed in jeans and casual jacket walks nervously up to a plain brick wall. He looks around nervously, then takes an aerosol can out of his pocket and begins spraying the wall. We see a close up of him as he makes stroke after stroke. When he has finished, he steps back and admires his handiwork, beaming with pride. Then, still smiling he walks off. The camera focuses on the wall. In big block letters it reads: GRAFFITI IS VANDALISM.
