Gerry Gable relinquishes control: Companies House filing, June 13, 2025
This document and the one immediately above relate to Sonia taking control of Searchlight Magazine Limited, what is left of it. Gable ceased control on June 1, the same date Sonia took over.
I believe the reason for this is that he was suffering from dementia. I heard this from more than one confidential source; I cannot confirm it but it is of no importance.
