Grepe v Loam (1887)

This is a very important case with regard to vexatious litigants and vexatious litigation because it led to the Grepe v Loam Order (or Grepe & Loam Order), now known as a civil restraint order. You can read a bit about the background to this latter here.

The case of Grepe v Loam was heard in the Chancery Division before the institution of the Court of Appeal as it now exists. Unlike the judgments in the main lists, this one is in Portable Document Format; it was obtained for me by a legal contact.
