Welcome to the international site for so-called Vexatious Litigants. This site has been set up as an information centre relating to issues of interest to Vexatious Litigants internationally and aims to promote discussion and exchanges of ideas and news regarding cases involving so-called Vexatious Litigants to enable them to give assistance and legal help to each others’ cases particularly but not limited to Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand and the Republic of South Africa in addition to England and Wales and other parts of the UK.

The site wishes to promote legal challenges to Vexatious Statutes in the UK and internationally, and wishes to support challenges wherever they take place.

The site also wishes to promote any campaigns for the repeal of such statutes internationally and in the UK, and wishes to support such campaign activities wherever they take place.

This site originates from England and Wales where the provisions relating to so-called Vexatious Litigants are contained in Section 42 of the Supreme Court Act, 1981.

Vexatious Litigant was opened in May 2002; it is the brainchild of vexatious litigant Terence Patrick Ewing, Legal Executive of the POW Trust; webmaster and site editor, Alexander Baron.
