Baron v Kakala

The first link below is my witness statement in Baron v Kakala; it contains all the relevant information with one small caveat, George Kakala is only a paralegal rather than a full solicitor. He gave me the impression he was a solicitor, and although I alluded to him as a solicitor in the statements of service I wrote for the documents I served, he never said otherwise. Having said that, this is unimportant, what is, or rather what was important was the fact that I did the work and had to take him to court to get paid for it.

I was entitled to more, and a hefty court fee came out of the money I did receive. In retrospect, I can only repeat what I said in paragraph 5, namely do not trust anyone when it comes to money, including, or in the case of Mr Kakala especially, a lawyer.

Having said that, Edward Goodman always did pay me. R.I.P. Ted.
