Harold Covington was a comic book type Nazi. He was also, I think it is safe to say, America’s leading National Socialist theorist fron 1980 until his death in July 2018.
Although his formal education ended with his high school graduation, Harold was extraordinarily well read and a genuine scholar, and although I never met him in person, he was a good friend to me in my darkest hour, and I will not disavow him in death.
In August 2012, he released this short podcast about the possibility of Israel attacking Iran. This was not mere speculation because it had indeed attacked Iran way back in 1985, and there had been much mutual sabre rattling since.
At this time, December 2023, after the horrific massacre of October 7 and the subsequent heavy bombing of Gaza, an actual war between the two states cannot be ruled out. Needless to say, this would be a disaster for both and for the entire world.
Although Harold made no secret of his hatred for Jews, I can state categorically that he would have been horrified by the mass murders of October 7. He was in many ways a Libertarian, he wanted a government that would promote the survival and well being of the white race, which included a ban on homosexuality and hard drugs. Although he was not opposed to religion, he insisted that come the New Order, there would be no paid ministers, people who insisted on preaching would do so on their own dime. Apart from that, the government would not interfere in the lives of its citizens.
I have another thing to thank Harold for, he turned me on to some great music, including that of Loreena McKennitt.
