This publication is in Portable Document Format; it was published initially in 1992, at a time when I could not foresee its being made available on-line. Having long since lost or disposed of the actual artwork, this has been scanned partly from a file copy and partly from the British Library’s Legal Deposit copy.
Update July 4, 2024: This pamphlet was uploaded to this site on October 12, 2008. At that time, a terabyte hard disk was unheard of, webspace was limited, and the Internet was relatively slow. Livestreaming was unheard of, certainly for ordinary people. When I uploaded this pamphlet, I used a compression program that led to some loss of quality and watermarking. Today, having retrieved the original artwork, I rescanned it, which is what you will find at the first link below. The original upload was searchable, at least partially, but this new upload is not. Also, it is considerably larger and the three decades plus artwork has been cleaned up somewhat, which accounts for the two-tone appearance of some of the pages. I have also edited the pages to make them more uniform.
